Privacy Policy

This page explains what happens to your personal data when you use this website. It is short because the site does very little with it.

Who we are

Alcaraz Technologies LTD is a software and AI studio based in Dublin, Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described here — meaning we decide why and how it is used.

For anything to do with your data, including the rights below, write to contact@alcaraztechnologies.com.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address and your message. Company and phone number are optional — the form works without them.

There is no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind on this site. Fonts are served from our own servers, so loading a page does not tell any third party that you were here.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, as part of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse.

Why we use it

For one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — and, where your message is not about hiring us, our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) in replying to people who contact us.

We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell them or share them with anyone for purposes of their own.

Who handles it for us

Web3Forms delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. The form posts from your browser straight to them; they pass the message to us.

Vercel hosts the site and serves the pages you request.

Both act as processors: they handle the data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

Where it goes

Sending the contact form passes your message to Web3Forms, who may process it outside the European Economic Area. If you would rather your message did not leave the EEA, email contact@alcaraztechnologies.com instead of using the form.

The pages themselves are static files served from Vercel's global network and contain none of your personal data.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our email while the conversation is useful — during it, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. Once an enquiry is clearly closed and there is no legal reason to keep it, we delete it.

You can ask us to delete yours sooner.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or object to us processing it at all.

Write to contact@alcaraztechnologies.com and we will respond within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie), which is our supervisory authority. You can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and does no tracking, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.

If you switch language, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and clearing your browser's site data removes it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
